MEN’S MASSAGE, YOGA, & MUSIC-MAKING RETREAT
Labor Day Weekend, Begins Fri, 9/l, 7 pm & Ends Mon, 9/4 2 pm
We’ll help you discover your untapped sources of energy and aliveness. Labor Day is the end of summer, and a great time to get away and really enjoy activities like:
* hiking in the forest
* restorative & energizing yoga classes,
* relaxing massage exchanges,
* playing croquet (and a new game called Giant’s Croquet) on the lawn
* making & listening to great music,
* napping,
* great food (including grilled veggies &/or meat)
In this long weekend at a beautiful ranch in the coastal range (on 50 acres of wooded land with a stream & ponds), you can join three experienced yoga teachers, two experienced Licensed Massage Therapists, and two experienced musicians in creating deep relaxation, aliveness, & synergy.
Meals will be collectively prepared and feature simple, delicious, healthy summer foods for both meat eaters and vegetarians. We also hope to have a picnic near a lake & waterfall.
All activities will be optional, so you can discover the activities that will most help you relax, re-energize, and have fun at summer’s end. Life is short, so let’s really enjoy it together.
