One of Q-LAND’s shared values is “Service from Abundance.” This means we want to give you the opportunity to explore your passions and interests by experimenting with ways of being of service that bring you joy and meaning. Please review the existing volunteer position descriptions carefully to see which team you may want to join, and whether one of these positions matches your interests. If you can’t find something that excites you in the existing opportunities, please send us an email letting us know the following, and we’ll design a position just for you:

l. WHO? Describe the kinds of people you most love helping.

2. WHAT NEEDS? Of the people you most enjoy serving, what needs do you most enjoy helping them fulfill?

3. HOW? What types of serivce have brought you joy and a sense of inner pride? How do you most like to help people?

4. EXPERIENCE? Describe two instances where you experienced a sense of joy and accomplishment in helping another.
