YIN YOGA (Manifest NE studio)

YIN YOGA: Deep Opening thru Sustained Effort Thursdays, 7:45-9:15 pm

EVENT DESCRIPTION:  In this gentle, powerful class, you’ll be holding poses (stretches) anywhere from 3-10 minutes using various supporting props and breath practices.  This will allow you to sink deeply into your body, and open deeply in your muscles, fascia, lymphatic, circulatory, & energy systems.

You can increase energy in the morning and invite restfulness at night. Bring the body to its’ natural alignment. Increase blood-flow to the discs in the spine for a regenerating and restoring effect.
