Explore & liberate your erotic energy through breath work, body movement, guided meditation, visualization, group process, touch, energy work, & ritual. In a safe space explore & honor your authentic dreams, fears, feelings, & loves. No sexual contact or mood-altering substances during workshop.

In this workshop participants will liberate erotic energies locked within themselves by preconceived notions, limited ideas, disassociation, and emotional armoring.  Once freed, this energy will begin to move through all aspects of your life and be a source of pleasure, self-knowledge, healing, empowerment, and expanded states of consciousness. This group’s process will be led by the openness and participation of the men in attendance.  The material covered will be determined by each man’s comfort and goals, as well as the natural movement of the group process.  Nudity may or may not be involved depending on the comfort of the group. 

FACILITATOR: Lance DeMuth is a certified Tantric Raja Yoga instructor.  He studied sexual healing with David Cates.  Lance is one of the co-founders of the Seattle Love Council and co-taught Ecstatic Embodiment at the first Eros Fest NW.
