In this beginner’s class suitable for men of all ages, you’ll learn to increase focus, peace of mind, and balance, improve your posture & circulation, and relieve stress & pain. You’ll learn simple, gentle, fluid movements in the Yang Style of Chen Man Ching (Taoist-inspired Tai Chi) that connect your mind & body in surrendering to gravity and following the flow of momentum. You’ll realize that you can accommodate and facilitate the natural flow of your life. Immediately you’ll notice a new ease in how you move, and a new calm in the face of change. Learn to relax into the natural flow of your body and breath. INSTRUCTOR: Eric Jay, who was certified to teach by Fred Lehrman, one of Professor Cheng Man-Ch’ing’s top students.
