KUNDALINI YOGA (Manifest NE Studio)Kundalini Yoga: Accessible streches, breathwork, & meditation Thursdays, 6:00-7:30 pm NOTE: Summer semester continues for Kundalini through the end of July. There will be no Kundalini classes in August or Labor Day week (9/4) because the instructor will be out of town. Classes will resume for the fall semester 9/11. EVENT DESCRIPTION: Uplifting & Healing, practical for all levels—but not without challenge. Increase your energy, relaxation, & spiritual connection through accessible stretches, breathwork, devotional meditation, music, & mantra. Learn practical techniques for opening and balancing the flow of energy in your chakra system and life. This class is for men with diverse abilities, ages, shapes, colors, orientations, experience levels, and backgrounds (including trans guys). You must be able to walk up & down stairs because NE Portland studio is not wheelchair accessible.
DONATIONS: First class is FREE. You can pay for classes in one the following ways: 20 Class Card—$160 ($8/class) 10 Class Card—$100 ($10/class) 5 Class Card— $60 ($12/class) Drop In— $15/class Work Study—you can volunteer time at $10 per hour credit.
