BEAT-THE-BLUES 3rd Sunday (SW Studio)

BEAT-THE-BLUES: depression support group 1st & 3rd Sundays, 6:00-8:00 pm

EVENT DESCRIPTION: This twice monthly peer-support group helps you clarify:
1) your wellness vision & goals;
2) your depression triggers & challenges;
3) your wellness strengths, skills, resources;
4) practical actions you’re willing to take to feel better;
5) how to ask for concrete support to follow through.

This is not a therapy group, but instead is a place we can support one another in trying and sustaining new behaviors that may help us feel better. We’ll focus on what’s working and our capacity to learn together and support one another in finding what works for each of us.
